Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. We currently sell direct all around the world but require up front payments until a relationship is established on international orders.
How long does shipping take?
If the goods in stock, shipping is normally within 2-5 days of the order. If you require rush shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate.
Usually the goods will be delivered within 15 days, after which time we will pay 0.5% of the amount. (Extension time due to customs is not included, very few countries and regions are not included in the compensation)
PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. OEM customers will be allowed to have term based payment. International orders must be pre-paid unless otherwise authorized.(Need another payment method, contact us.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Our general warranty on our product is one year from the shipment date.
RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Any returns must have an RMA number issued from our team. Refunds are only issued after inspection of the goods by our quality team.
